Description

The room is located in a 3 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of a well maintained building. The bedroom is bigger than average and comprises of double bed, 2 chair dining table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared with one other person only. Kitchen is shared with 2 other tenants. You will have your own fridge.
A cleaner is coming once a week to clean communal areas (your bathroom , kitchen and corridor) and will cost you £15/month only. All bills (electricity, gas, water and council tax) are included. The location is great with Paddington station a minute's walk, Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate station a few minutes away and Oxford Street 15 minutes walk.
First comes, first served basis.
